Brand Manuals + signage specifications…

We all know Brand Manuals are an important document and necessary in ensuring brand consistency. But have you considered incorporating signage specifications into this manual?

When it comes time to rebrand, organisation is the key to achieving a successful project. At SignManager we believe it is vital to have a Brand Manual which incorporates sign specifications to maintain the integrity of the brand and ensure quality control.

We suggest that our clients include specifications for a family of signs to ensure they have an option to suit any sized location – whether that’s a retail store or head office. It is also important to include specifications for all aspects of the sign, including colours, sizes, fonts, layouts and materials.

Having one central guide will ensure rebrand projects run smoothly and limit the need to micro-manage – as all stakeholders are on the same page. Continuing to use this guide will ensure the brand become future proof, and when followed correctly any future maintenance works, relocations and new stores will be in-line with the guide and therefore on brand.
